Sunday Service: There will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents

Deer Park Community Church Host a Mid- Autumn Festival Potluck Fellowship after Sunday Service on September 23rd, 2018. The event concluded successfully with sharing and fellowship and God pour down abundant grace on the Sunday Service. Minister Leah delivered the message from Luke 15 titled" There will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner repents".

"Through the three parables in Luke 15 , Jesus wants to teach us about the love of God. Although we say that we believe in God, yet many times, we do not have the correct understanding about God or misunderstand God which create in us pain and sorrow. In the story of the lost sheep, the Pharisee and the teacher of the law thought of God as the one who hate sinners and Jesus should not be the one who associate with them. But through the story, Jesus want to teach us about the true heart of God who are like this Shepherd searching for the lost sheep. The heart of God is closer towards the sinners who are lost and in pain. Unlike the world, which loves the strong and dislike the weak, God loves us unconditionally. When a sinner turns back to him, there is great joy and rejoicing in heaven." Minister Leah shared.
